Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
This User Agreement is a public offer per Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Acceptance per Art. 438 requires: registration on the Service website; accepting the Agreement and Privacy Policy; choosing and paying for a plan. The Service Administrator is IE Kudryashov Kirill Sergeevich (OGRNIP 325784700272504, INN 702282469200). The Agreement is a contract of adhesion per Art. 428 of the Civil Code. The Administrator may amend the Agreement at any time by publishing changes in the Service.
2. Use of Service
The Administrator grants the User the right to use the Service and Personal Account under a paid simple (non-exclusive) license within the territory where the Service is accessible, for as long as the Service remains available.
3. Description of Service
The Service processes vehicle images provided by the User to change color characteristics. Results may differ from actual paint coatings. The Administrator may modify, add, or remove Service features at any time.
4. Terms of Use
Prohibited: using the Service for illegal purposes; applying emergency vehicle or taxi color schemes; fraudulent actions. The User bears full legal responsibility for actions performed via the Personal Account. The User must comply with Russian law.
5. Recurring Payments
The Service operates on a recurring payment (subscription) model. The User agrees to automatic charges from the moment of subscription activation. Payment amounts depend on the chosen plan and may change with notice. The User may cancel the subscription at any time — charges stop after the current paid period ends. The Administrator must notify of upcoming charges at least 3 calendar days in advance.
6. Refunds
Services are deemed fully rendered once the User makes the first request (generation) in the paid period. If no more than 3 days have passed since payment and no generations were made (0 requests) — the User is entitled to a full refund within 14 business days of approval. If more than 3 days have passed or at least one generation was made — no refund is available. The User may cancel the recurring subscription at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
Exclusive rights to the software, server components, interface design, databases, and other elements developed by the Administrator belong to the Administrator. All rights to Content created by the User via the Service belong to the User without restrictions.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." The Administrator makes no guarantees that results will meet User expectations. The Administrator is not liable for temporary outages, data loss, or damage to User equipment or software. The Administration may suspend or terminate User access for Agreement violations.
9. Personal Data
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Service.
10. Final Provisions
Disputes are resolved through negotiation, or by court at the Administrator's location (Saint Petersburg, Russia). Age restriction: 18+.
