Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
This User Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Acceptance is registration, agreeing to terms, and choosing a plan. The Service Administrator is IE Kudryashov Kirill Sergeevich (OGRNIP 325784700272504, INN 702282469200).
2. Description of Service
The Service processes user car images to change color characteristics. Visualization results may differ from actual paint coatings and films.
3. Use of Service
The Administrator grants the User a non-exclusive license to use the Service via personal devices.
4. Terms of Use
Prohibited: using the Service for illegal purposes; imitating emergency vehicle or taxi color schemes; fraudulent actions. The User bears full responsibility for their actions.
5. Payment and Subscription
The Service operates on a recurring payment model. The User agrees to automatic charges. The Administrator must notify the User of upcoming charges at least 3 days in advance.
6. Refunds
If no requests (generations) were made in the current paid period, the User is entitled to a full refund within 14 business days. If at least 1 request was made β no refund. The User may cancel the recurring subscription at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All IP rights to the Service belong to the Administrator. Content created by the User via the Service belongs to the User.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." The Administrator is not liable for indirect damages or data loss.
9. Personal Data
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Service.
10. Final Provisions
Disputes are resolved through negotiation, or by court in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Age restriction: 18+.
