Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions

A full refund is available if no more than 3 days have passed since payment and no requests (generations) were made in the current paid period. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

A refund is not available if more than 3 days have passed since payment or at least 1 generation was made. The User may cancel the recurring subscription at any time β€” no further charges will be made.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send a request to support@wrapwizzard.com with your account email and reason for the refund.

4. Subscription Cancellation

The User may cancel recurring payments at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.
