This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data." The data operator is IE Kudryashov K.S.
2. Legal Basis
Consent is given by clicking "I accept the terms." Processing is also performed for contract execution. Cross-border data transfers are notified to Roskomnadzor when applicable.
3. Processing Purposes
Personal data is processed for contract execution (image processing for car color change) and payment processing. No biometric data is processed. Images are not used for identification.
4. Data Composition
Processed data: Telegram ID, display name, request timestamps, operation status, technical metadata, email for receipts, operation history. Data minimization principle applies.
5. Localization and Storage
Primary data storage is on servers located in the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer is permitted to countries with adequate protection (including Finland) per legislation.
6. Third-Party Sharing
Data may be shared with payment processors (YooKassa), hosting providers. Data is not sold to third parties.
7. Your Rights
