1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy governs personal data (PD) processing by the Operator when using the Wrap Wizzard service, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and Roskomnadzor regulations.
2. Legal Basis
PD processing is based on: Federal Law on PD; User consent via the "I accept the terms" button; execution of the User Agreement. Roskomnadzor is notified of cross-border PD transfers when applicable.
3. Processing Purposes
PD is processed for executing the User Agreement (vehicle image processing for color changes) and payment processing/refunds. No biometric data is processed. Uploaded images are not used for identification, facial recognition, or compared with databases.
4. Data Composition
Processed data: email; User name; request timestamps, operation status, technical metadata; operation history. Data is processed only to the extent necessary for executing the User Agreement.
5. Localization and Storage
Primary recording, systematization, and storage of PD is performed on servers in the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer is permitted to countries with adequate protection (including Finland) per Russian law. Result files and metadata are stored up to 7 days on Service servers. Email and operation history are stored per Russian legislation. PD is destroyed upon expiration of the storage period.
6. Third-Party Sharing
Data may be shared with payment processors (YooKassa) and hosting providers. Data is not sold to third parties.
7. Your Rights
You may: request information about your data processing; request correction, blocking, or destruction of data; withdraw consent at any time. Response to requests: within 30 calendar days. Correction/destruction: within 7 business days. Contact: support@wrapwizzard.com
